How to install Heat on non-default directory/drive | ||
NASCAR Heat needs to be installed to the default folder. No way around this, unfortunatly. This can be annoying, so it would be nice to be able to make Heat run from somewhere else - especially from some other partition or harddrive. And indeed there's a way to make Heat run at least the major part of it's files from another harddrive Even so, first thing to do is to install Nascar Heat to it's default folder, which should be somewhat like
Heat's executable and some basic files simply won't run if located elsewhere. Next thing to do is installing updates and NO-CD patch. Unless you run Heat Essentials, as these are already updated
